Spinal Care Therapy New Patient Using Insurance

For all new Chiropractic patients who are using insurance, a $20 deposit is required that will be used towards any out of pocket costs.  This deposit is refundable with at least 3 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment.  For traffic issues, the deposit will be applied to your next scheduled visit.  For no-call, no-shows, this deposit is nonrefundable.
